Prof. Eric Woolgar: New Interim Site Director at the University of Alberta

PIMS is please to welcome Professor Eric Woolgar as the new Interim Site Director representing the University of Alberta. Professor Woolgar began his one-year term on July 1, 2024. A professor of mathematics and statistical sciences, Dr. Woolgar's primary research is based in Mathematical Physics and Relativity Theory.
PIMS extends its sincere gratitude to Dr. Thomas Hillen, who formerly served as the Site Director for the University of Alberta. We look forward to welcoming Dr. Hillen back to his role as Site Director upon his return from sabbatical.
